Former surgeon who spent more than 20 years in a hospital in Kigali, Rwanda. After the sad event that hit that country he returned to Belgium where he was nominated Knight in the Leopold Order, for his irreproachable behavior during the horrible days of the civil war in Rwanda.

Once retired he wanted to realize his dream of becoming a sculptor. He is now creating sculptures worthy of the beautiful tradition of naive artists, art in her essence, with recycled metals and objects.
